Country Dinner

Country Dinner by Palinka. Fried eggs cu brinza (with cheese). This was served to me while being hosted in a Romanian village near the boarder of Serbia. It was accompanied by a steaming bowl of mamaliga (corn meal mush/polenta). It was late June; we ate outside in the long evening light while enjoying Ursus beer (lager) & washed the whole thing down with sweeka (sp?), a homemade plum spirit.
