Steam Cake

Ingredients

• •Any cake or muffin recipe mix
• •Water

Directions

1. 1Put batter (any type of cake or muffin recipe) into a Bundt pan which sits on a steamer tray in a few inches of water in a covered pot.
2. 2Keep the water at a low boil for about an hour, and voila- a lovely, strangely moist, yet oddly familiar cake-like item!
