(Cinnamon Tea)

Ingredients

• •Packages of English, loose tea
• •1/2-inch pieces of stick cinnamon
• •Lump sugar

Directions

1. 1Prepare English tea according to package directions. Tea should be infused until it is a bright orange color.
2. 2Upon serving, place the cinnamon sticks in small teacups and pour hot tea over the cinnamon.
3. 3Serve with lump sugar.
