Omleta cu Mere (Omelette with Apples)

Ingredients

• •2 eggs
• •4 ounces grated apples
• •1 tablespoon sour cream
• •1 teaspoon butter, sugar

Directions

1. 1Beat the eggs, add sour cream and peeled and grated apples, mix and fry in the hot buttered pan.
2. 2Serve hot with powdered sugar on top.
