Fuel station at Luganville by Onno1970. Local fuel station. Due to the (relatively speaking) high fuel prices, the taxi’s are constantly "running on empty". This means that if they get a customer they first go to the fuel station to buy a few liters of fuel to make the trip. A fuel tank would be a too great investment at once.
