Vinagrete (Provincial Vinagrette)

Ingredients

• •2/3 cup provincial vinegar
• •1 teaspoon salt
• •½ cup water
• •¼ teaspoon pepper
• •1 package Caesar salad dressing mix
• •1 dash onion powder
• •1/8 teaspoon thyme
• •1 can ready cut peeled tomatoes, pulsed 4 times in the blender
• •1 cup vegetable oil
• •¼ teaspoon garlic

Directions

1. 1<div>1. Wisk all the above ingredients together. Add the tomatoes last. </div>
2. 2<div>2. This needs to be refrigerated. Will keep for 7- 10 days. Store in a closed container. </div>
