Pulut Durian (Glutinous/Sticky Rice With Durian)

Ingredients

• •1000 grams glutinous/sticky rice
• •1/2 liter coconut milk
• •Salt to taste
• •1 Durian
• •300 grams sugar
• •2 screwpine leaves

Directions

1. 1Steam the glutinous/sticky rice with salt until cooked.
2. 2Combine durian meat with coconut milk, sugar, salt and screwpine leaves, then boil until the sauce thickens.
3. 3Serve hot.
