Pui cu Smintina (Chicken with Sour Cream)

Ingredients

• •1 chicken
• •1 tablespoon butter
• •1 teaspoon flour
• •1 cup sour cream
• •Salt

Directions

1. 1Sautee the chicken pieces in melted butter, adding 1 to 2 tablespoons of water if necessary.
2. 2When the chicken is almost done, add salt and then sour cream well mixed with flour.
3. 3Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Keep warm until serving.
