Creamed Breadfruit Vegetable Dish With Meat

Ingredients

• •1 ripe breadfruit
• •1/2 c. hot milk
• •1 egg
• •1 onion
• •1 c. grated cheese
• •1. t. butter
• •salt and pepper
• •tuna & hard boiled eggs (optional)

Directions

1. 1Wash and boil breadfruit. Peel and mash with salt, pepper, milk, chopped onion, and cheese. Beat egg thoroughly and stir into mixture. A cup of tuna and sliced hard boiled eggs can be added. Pile into greased baking dish and brown in oven.
