Fasnachtskiechli — Carnival Treats

Ingredients

• •10 eggs
• •100 grams sugar
• •1 grated lemon rind
• •1/2 deciliter cream
• •50 grams butter, melted
• •1 kilogram flour

Directions

1. 1Mix well and roll out 1/2 centimeter thick.
2. 2Cut out rounds and fry in deep fat.
3. 3Dust with powdered sugar.
