BEETROOT SALAD WITH HERRING

Ingredients

• •3 beetroots
• •100 g herring
• •0.5 onion
• •4 tblsps mayonnaise, greens.

Directions

1. 1Peel and shred the boiled beetroots and onion.
2. 2Dice the fleshy part of herring.
3. 3Mix the vegetables with herring, place the mixture in a salad bowl, pour over mayonnaise and garnish with greens.
4. 4The salad can be made without onion.
