Arroz Con Leche (Rice Pudding)

Ingredients

• •3/4 cup rice
• •1 stick cinnamon
• •2 cups water
• •1 1/4 cups sugar
• •4 cups milk
• •2 eggs, lightly beaten
• •2 tablespoons raisins

Directions

1. 1Cook the rice for 15 minutes. Then, rinse in cold water and put into a pot with 2 cups of water and cinnamon.
2. 2Cook over a medium flame until all the liquid has been absorbed. Reduce the heat and add the sugar and the milk. Cook until the rice is done. Add the eggs to the rice.
3. 3Bring to a boil, then transfer at once to a serving dish and decorate with raisins.
