Hokey Pokey

Ingredients

• •5 tablespoons sugar
• •2 tablespoons golden syrup.
• •1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

1. 1Boil the sugar and golden syrup for approximately 4 minutes.
2. 2Take off the heat and add 1 teaspoon baking soda.
3. 3Beat until light golden in color and frothy. Pour onto greased tray.
4. 4Break apart when set.
