Pesmeciori (Biscuits)

Ingredients

• •5 ounces butter
• •5 ounces confectioner’s sugar
• •3 yolks
• •1 egg white
• •1 teaspoon vanilla
• •2 tablespoons ground walnuts
• •1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• •Flour as needed

Directions

1. 1Cream the butter with the sugar, add the 3 yolks one by one, vanilla, ground walnuts and flour as needed, kneading quickly, to make a soft dough.
2. 2Make patties about half an inch thick and 2 inches diameter.
3. 3Place on a baking sheet, wash with beaten egg white and sprinkle with walnuts mixed with granulated sugar.
4. 4Bake at medium heat.
