TONGUE BAKED IN DOUGH

Ingredients

• •500 g ox tongue
• •0. 75 cupful flour
• •2 eggs
• •0. 5 cupful milk
• •fat
• •salt

Directions

1. 1Wash the tongue and boil until done
2. 2Transfer it to cold water, remove the skin and cut into rings
3. 3Combine flour with salt, egg and milk and mix into an even mixture
4. 4Dip the pieces of tongue into dough and deep fry.
