Ingredients

• •10 egg yolks
• •3 complete eggs
• •1/4 kilograms sugar
• •1 liter boiled milk, strained
• •1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. 1In a bowl, beat sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Mix them by hand.
2. 2Add the milk very slowly.
3. 3Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
4. 4Put water in a muffin pan and spoon in the milk mixture. Make sure there is room enough for the mixture to expand.
5. 5Place these cookies in the oven.
