Sopa de Fidios (Beef or Pork Soup)

Ingredients

• •2 tablespoons oil
• •1.2 tablespoons garlic, macerated
• •1 small onion, sliced
• •3/4 cup ground beef or pork
• •4 cup broth
• •2 tablespoons soy sauce
• •1/2 teaspoon pepper
• •1 egg, scrambled and cut into pieces

Directions

1. 1Sautee garlic in hot oil.
2. 2Add onions and ground meat, cook until done.
3. 3Add broth and seasonings; bring to a boil.
4. 4Add fideos and cook until done.
5. 5Add eggstrips and serve hot.
