Ingredients

• •1/2 kilogram spinach
• •200 milliliters cooking oil
• •250 grams cream
• •250 grams cottage cheese
• •4 eggs
• •Salt
• •Corn
• •Flour
• •Pastry

Directions

1. 1Wash the spinach and boil it until its soft and drain.
2. 2Mix the spinach with cream, cottage cheese, eggs, cooking oil, corn flour and salt.
3. 3Create a sausage like pastry, filled with the spinach mixture.
4. 4Before completely baking this pastry, take it out of the oven, cut it in pieces and pour melted butter over it with a bit of hot water.
5. 5Return it to the oven and bake until lightly golden brown.
