Potato Soup

Ingredients

• •2 to 4 quarts meat broth (from roast or chicken)
• •4 to 6 cups cubed potatoes
• •1/2 to 3/4 cup parsley, chopped
• •1/2 to 3/4 cup green onion tops, chopped
• •salt, pepper to taste
• •1 cup cream

Directions

1. 1Use desired amount of the broth for however much you want to make.
2. 2Add cubed potatoes, parsley, green onion tops and cook until done.
3. 3Just before serving, add some cream, salt and pepper and serve. For variation, add some fresh dill weed.
