Ciuperci cu Carne de Porc (Mushrooms with Pork)

Ingredients

• •1 pound pork
• •1 pound mushrooms
• •2 onions
• •2 tablespoons sour cream
• •1 tablespoon lard
• •Salt
• •Pepper
• •Flour

Directions

1. 1Cube the meat, salt and let sit for 30 minutes.
2. 2In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and cut in pieces.
3. 3Dredge the meat with flour and fry in hot lard, add chopped onion and the mushrooms.
4. 4Fry everything at very low heat for 20 minutes.
5. 5Add sour cream, pepper and salt if needed.
6. 6Let simmer, covered, until the meat is tender.
7. 7If there is not enough sauce, add a little water.
